Woman Arrested Outside Cruise Estate

 

Access Hollywood is reporting a woman was arrested outside of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Beverly Hills home.  No word yet on why she was outside the Cruise household.

Emily Diane Leatherman, 32, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. for violation of a court order and possession of stolen property, Beverly Hills police confirmed to Access.

Police would not reveal what the specific court order or stolen property was, however, they did say the lifted items were unrelated to Tom & Katie’s home.

This was not this chicks first celebrity-related run-in with the law either.  In 2006 she was  ordered by a judge to stay at least 500 feet away from John Cusack, after he claimed she had been stalking him for over a year.  She’s being held on $45,000 bail at a Beverly Hills jail.  Damn freak!  I wonder what kind of stolen property she had on her and what she was planning on doing with it outside their home.  What’s wrong with people?
