Kate Hudson was spotted out with a shirtless Dax Shepard leaving Nobu in Malibu over the weekend. They are even holding hands, but more importantly why isn’t he wearing a shirt? I’m sure he’s a lot of fun to be around, I wonder if they are out as just friends or if there’s more to it….
