Susan Sarandon is celebrating a victory today. The actress who is an anti-death penalty activist campaigned to stop the execution for an Oklahoma man scheduled to die today. Courts granted a stay of execution for Richard Glossip until September 30. Sarandon took to Twitter thanking all of those who raised their voices in the name of truth and justice saying she so pleased the court has given Richard Glossip’s legal team time to find additional proof of his innocence.
