Victoria Beckham’s New Dress Line

 

Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, who already has her own line of jeans and sunglasses, is now launching a range of dresses.  She admits the garments will be expensive but insists customers will pay for quality.

“It will be something completely different from what I’ve ever done. I’m just putting it together at the moment, but they will be very upscale dresses and likely will start at around $1,200. I’m going to be using very expensive fabrics and finishes, lots of embroideries.”

She intends to unveil the dresses at New York Fashion Week in September.

Although Posh married to soccer star David Beckham, she insists she would never design sports clothes because it’s not her style adding:

 ”I won’t do sportswear - I only like to do things that are true to myself and things I would wear myself.”

Well see how well this new line goes considering her jeans range were recently being sold for less than half price in some US stores due to a lack of demand and promotion on her end.
