In the issue Valerie discusses how she got in the best shape of her life after losing 50 pounds since 2007.
She is looking FAB. It seems lately that 40 really is the new 20!

She looks good!! Funny though, to me her face looks like it was photo-shopped or something. A whole lot better than Kirstie Alley in a bikini!! lol

I am from newfoundland canada.I saw valerie on a talk show ,he was trying to get the upper edge at all cost . My love you handled him better than anyone possiably could. If mankind all had your brightness ,the lord would be so proud… YOU could be presient. All the best .TERRY EMBERLEY .
