Twist In Brittany Murphy Death Investigation

TMZ is reporting there has been a mysterious twist in Brittany Murphy’s death investigation.   They say the L.A. County Coroner’s Office is now trying to fill in some critical gaps in her medical history.

New claims report Brittany was suffering from severe anemia and other conditions and was under a doctor’s care. The Coroner’s Office has received medical files from her main doctor, but it shows her last visit being months before her death.

They say the pathologist assigned to the case was told by Murphy’s friends and family that other doctors were treating Murphy during her final months.  The Coroner’s Office is looking into the other docs to determine her medical condition leading up to her sudden death.  They also want to know what medications may have been prescribed to her by the other doctors.

It was originally reported that several medications were found on Brittany’s nighstand at the time of her death in her name, her husband Simon Monjack, her mother Sharon Murphy and “unidentified third party names.”

The toxicology report is not yet completed and once the report comes in revealing the drugs in her system at the time of her death, they will then be able to determine if the medications were prescribed to Brittany or someone else.

Her husband recently gave an interview blaming Warner Brothers for her death.

This whole situation is so sad.
