Tori Spelling Is A New Mamma!

 Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are the proud new parents to a precious baby boy.  He was named after his late grandfather, Aaron Spelling.  Congrats! 

The pics above are from earlier as they were arriving at the hospital earlier this morning. Whew, she looks like she’s hurtin.

UPDATE: Liam Aaron McDermott, who was born in a Los Angeles hospital, weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces, according to the couple’s rep.“They’re all really happy and everybody’s resting now,” the rep tells PEOPLE. “Tori and the baby are healthy.”
