Tom, Katie and Suri Play On The Beach In Rio de Janeiro

Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Suri,2, spent some time on the beach over the weekend in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The happy family had quite a crowd as they played in the sand on the beach, located in a military base.

Katie ditched her heels for flip-flops after hitting the sand, Tom took pictures with some locals and Suri collected sea shells buried in the sand with some local children.

Their family fun continued Sunday when the three took a helicopter ride in Rio de Janeiro.

The Cruise clan, who arrived at the Copacabana Palace Hotel in Rio de Janeiro, are in the area to promote the his new film Valkyrie, which premieres in Brazil on Tuesday.
