Steve-O Headed To Rehab Instead Of Jail

JACKASS star Steve-O is heading to rehab after reaching a deal with prosecutors and pleading guilty to felony drug charges. The troubled 33-year-old - real name Stephen Glover - had previously pleaded not guilty to counts of cocaine possession following his March arrest on suspicion of vandalizing his neighbors property in Los Angeles.

But the professional stunt man decided to confess to the crime on Tuesday in a bid to rid him of his legal woes.  His lawyer Barry Sands tells TMZ that if the star enrolls in a narcotics program within the next 48 hours and remains “on good behavior”, the case will be dropped altogether.

Steve-O received treatment at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center just days after the March incident, when he allegedly attempted suicide.
