Stephanie Pratt Arrested For DUI

 

A spokesman for Los Angeles police said that ‘The Hills’ star Stephanie Pratt, 23, was arrested around 3:45 am outside a Hollywood nightclub on suspicion of DUI and was taken into custody and charged with a misdemeanor.  Her bail was set at $5,000, which she paid and was released sometime around 10:30 this morning.

Pratt was arrested as she left a birthday party for her sister-in-law Heidi Montag. The celebrations started earlier in the evening at L.A. nightclub Empire and then ended at Heidi and Spencer Pratt’s home.

During a 2007 interview Stephanie admitted she has had substance abuse issues in the past and was previously arrested on a shoplifting charge in 2006.
