Sponsored Post - Campaign Wrap Up
October 1, 2009
I’ve had so much fun this summer being a part of the Only In a Woman’s World Campaign. I was honored when I got the initial email back in January asking me to be a part of this wonderful journey. There has been so many perks to being involved. The main highlight was of course being invited out to LA to attend the Only In a Woman’s World Premiere. I got to meet Brooke Burke and Melanie Brown, who were both fabulous by the way, and was able to meet all the wonderful people behind this great campaign as well as see a lot of what goes on behind the scenes. I will never forget the fabulous group of women bloggers I met and hung out with while out in California, many of whom I have continued to be in touch with and hopefully always will be.
With the campaign I got to share a different side of me on my blog, adding a more personal touch which I think is pretty neat and otherwise wouldn’t have done. I also got to introduce you all to four funny, fabulous and fearless women that I hope you enjoyed as much as I did. Anna, Cheryl, Maya and Nikki are so easy to relate to and the videos have been really fun to watch.
But lets not forget the key to this program which was to introduce you all to some amazingly delicious and surprisingly healthy snacks that are out there and to let you know you don’t have to deprive yourself of yummy snacks. There really is stuff out there that tastes great and is good for you. You can now feel comfortable in the snack isle and good about reaching into that snack cupboard instead of feeling guilty and anxious.
Through this I’ve found some of my new favorite snacks I enjoy munching on now (like the SunChips 100 Calorie Packs and the Smart Food Popcorn Clusters…Hello!!), made some amazing new friends, found entertainment in watching the videos and playing the games on the A Woman’s World website and just over all had a blast. I can’t thank those involved in this campaign enough for choosing little ol’ me to be part of this big opportunity.
