Speidi Isn’t Happy With Al Roker

Spencer and Heidi Pratt were on a media run yesterday, Monday, June 15, 2009, hitting up some talk shows to chat about their short time on the reality show I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here and shamelessly promote her new line of some sort of spray on shampoo…( I saw them on The View and Oh. My. God.)

Speidi sat down for an interview on The Today Show with Al Roker and first had to sit through an intro video that wasn’t exactly making the couple look very good, then Al got right into it and started asking them things that a lot of people I’m sure would like to know, even asking whether Speidi represent everything that’s wrong with celebrity culture in America.

After the interview, Spencer came back and attacked Al saying:

“I’m still trying to figure out, was the weatherman asking us questions? I thought we were getting interviewed by Matt Lauer or something….we were thrown off that the weatherman was even trying to talk to Speidi….”

Heidi added:

“I was shocked at how rude he was – I was crying afterwards because I couldn’t believe I felt personally attacked. I wanted to say to him, do you feel proud of how you’re talking to me right now?”

Heidi has since said she forgives “The Weather Man” saying:

“I forgive you, you don’t even have to ask me, I already forgive you.  It’s OK. The devil gets into all of us sometimes. You’re forgiven. It’ll be a sunny day tomorrow, Weatherman!”

Al is getting a kick out of all this.  Monday evening her tweeted:

“Heidi and Spencer are young and eventually will realize there is more to life than fame,” he posted on Twitter Monday evening. “And by putting them on, we are playing into their evil plot for world domination. For that, I apologize. Mwuh ha ha ha ha.”
