Shooting At LA Fitness Health Club Kills 3 And Injures 9

Tuesday night George Sodini, 48, of Scott Township, shot and killed Elizabeth Gannon, Heidi Overmier, 46, and Jody Billingsley at the LA Fitness health club in Collier Township. Nine other women were injured in the shooting including pregnant aerobics teacher Mary Primis, 26.

Mary told Channel 11 News that she was teaching the aerobics class Tuesday night, which was to be her last class since she is 10 weeks pregnant, when the gunman barged into the classroom.

Primis, 26, told Channel 11 News that it was her last class, because she is 10 weeks pregnant.

A news conference is scheduled for 2:30 today.
