Selma Blair was recently released from a 30 day “secret” stay at Promises to kick a drug habit. Who knew? I had no idea she was in rehab or that she previously did drugs. Thank goodness for these top secret rehab facilities. They seem to work for most celebs. She’s pictured above looking amazing at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Legally Blonde actress Selma Blair recently completed a stint in drug rehab at Malibu’s Promises, The Enquirer has learned exclusively.
The 34-year-old had been struggling with a substance abuse problem for more than a year, and pals say her addiction became more serious since her divoce from husband Ahmet Zappa in November.
Selma checked into Promises - the same center that treated Britney Spears - about a month ago and embarked on a 30-day treatment plan to get off drugs, a source told The Enquirer…

It seems like more and more i’m hearing about clebrities checking into rehab centers. I’m all for getting help with addiction, but i think a lot of celebrities turn to the wrong sources for help. I’ve found that online treatment centers are just as effective. Sites like http://www.Addicted.com and other resource sites are completely confidential and offer the same type of help as residential rehab centers and are usually a lot less expensive. Also, like in Selma Blair’s scenario and many other celebrtities, their recovery is made completely public. Just a thought
