The ‘Love You Like A Love Song’ singer has been keeping herself busy lately. She took a break from filming over the weekend to fly cross country to celebrate her boyfriend, Justin Bieber’s, 18th birthday at a star-studded surprise party.
She is definitely teeny-tiny and you just can’t help but find her adorable!
