Sarah Michelle Gellar nearly fell asleep during her sex scene in ‘Southland Tales’.
The 30-year-old actress, who plays a porn star in the new film, struggled to stay awake for the raunchy sequence because she had just eaten a huge Thanksgiving turkey dinner.
“I filmed a love scene on Thanksgiving and I had eaten all this turkey and mashed potatoes. I was like, ‘I seriously have to film a sex scene right now?’ I was so tired from all the tryptophan - an amino acid in turkey that makes you sleepy - that I just wanted to sleep!”
Gellar also claims she knew she had made it as an actress when she saw a porn spin-off of her hit show ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’.
“I think there was a ‘Muffy the Vampire Layer’. We had a cast viewing in one of the trailers. You know you’ve made it when they make a porn version of you!”

I doubt she ate turkey and mashed potatoes.. she probably saw it in a commerical and hunger hallucinated she ate it.

Strange that “Muffy” was made in 1992, yet the buffy TV series started in 1997…and it’s a porn version of her?

Man is that a misleading title. Having problems acting a fake sex scene because you had a big dinner just before doesn’t mean one lacks skills in bed.
[on a technical side note, the tryptophan from eating thanksgiving dinner isn’t enough to make you sleepy, eating a large meal with starches and carbs does but the result is the same]

I don’t care I would give my life to have bad sex with Sarah Michelle Gellar then no sex at all. She is out of this world and you can’t make me believe some one as beautiful as her could ever be bad in bed….
