San Antonio Teacher Victoria Ann Chacon Arrested For Sending Topless Photo To Underage Boy

Victoria Ann Chacon, a 27-year-0ld San Antonio Sunday school teacher, is charged with distributing harmful material to a minor after a 14-year-old’s parents found a topless photo of her on his cell phone, which Chacon reportedly gave to him.

Chacon allegedly met the boy at their San Antonio-area church where she was a Sunday school teacher.  Somerset Independent School District officials say they found no evidence that she had any inappropriate relationships with students; the 14-year-old attended school elsewhere.

The boy’s parents called police in March after finding racy letters in which Chacon professed her love. Investigators say the boy initially refused to give a statement about their relationship, but his parents found a cell phone with Chacon’s topless photo several months later. Court documents say Chacon owned the phone, and the two had been calling each other.

Chacon was arrested Tuesday.  She resigned from her teaching job at Somerset Junior High School in Texas in March.
