Robin Williams Hospitalized

 

The Miami Herald is reporting that Robin Williams, 57, has been admitted to a Florida hospital after complaining of a respiratory problem.

A statement released by reps said:

“Williams was experiencing shortness of breath and is currently being evaluated by doctors who are recommending a week of rest.”

Williams has been forced to canceled all four south Florida performances of his show, Weapons of Self-Destruction, which is a one-man 80-city tour that started last September.

He is scheduled to resume his Broadway bound show on March 11 in Jacksonville, and the four performances will be rescheduled.
