The California Franchise Tax Board has filed a $37,712.71 lien against Britney Spears and Kevin Federline for unpaid income tax from 2004, which is the year the couple got married.
Spears has a shit load of cash and is reportedly earning $15 million for her “X Factor” judging gig. In 2010 her assets were a reported $32.3 million, so it shouldn’t be a problem for her to get this paid up.
A rep for Britney tells TMZ, the lien was filed in error and will be rectified soon. K-Fed’s people have yet to respond.
