Racy Photos Of Grady Sizemore Stolen And Leaked Online

Racy photos of Cleveland Indians center fielder Grady Sizemore showed up around the web today, but Sizemore says the saucy shots were only ment for his girlfriend, Playboy playmate Brittany Binger, and were stolen from her e-mail account.  He says he is now taking legal action.

Over the weekend Sizemore told the Cleveland Plain Dealer:

“These pictures were stolen illegally from my girlfriend’s e-mail.  It’s now a legal matter that is under investigation. I can’t say anything more.”

A MLB investigator contacted several of the websites that had posted the images this weekend and asked that they be taken down.

In the steamy photos Grady, 27, is photographed nude and smiling into a bathroom mirror as he holds up a teacup in front of his private parts.

In a statement on Monday The Indians said:

“We fully support Grady as he deals with this personal matter.  The posted photos were stolen from his girlfriend’s e-mail account and a legal investigation is under way.”
