Queen Latifah Has Over $10,000 Worth Of Jewelry Stolen

Queen Latifah had over $10,000 worth of jewelry stolen from her luxury villa in Tobago while on vacation over Christmas.

Tobago police told Trinidad and Tobago’s Newsday they believe a staff member of the $1,000-per-night Stone Haven Resort may have committed the crime.

“Several searches are being carried out and the police are trying to have the jewelry returned to Queen Latifah. Investigators said the larceny seems to be an inside job and efforts are being made round the clock to make a breakthrough,” acting police commissioner James Philbert told the newspaper.

Latifah may offer a reward for the jewelry in order to have it returned before she heads home from her vacation Wednesday, the paper reported.
