Perez Hilton Allegedly Assaulted By Will.i.am

 

Gossip blogger Perez Hilton, 31, claimed via Twitter that he was assaulted by Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.i.am, 34, and his security guard at Sunday nights Much Music Awards.

The most insane/amusing thing about this is he tweeted about it instead of calling the police himself.  So shortly after 3 a.m., Hilton sent several tweets about the alleged attack to his over 1 million followers causing the police department to be flooded with tons of calls from his fans.

He tweets:

“I’m in shock. I need the police ASAP.  Please come to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel now. Please.”

“I was assaulted by Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.”

After several more tweets for help, Hilton then thanked his Twitter followers, including Miley Cyrus, and had to ask them to stop calling the Toronto Police.

One hour later, Will.i.am created a Twitter account of his own:

“because it isn’t cool for someone to blame you and blast you with lies.”

The singer, 34, then posted a video response where he detailed the night’s events.

According to Will.i.am, the disagreement began at the Ultra Supper Club where he says Hilton “disrespected” Fergie and said he didn’t like their new album, “The E.N.D.”

He adds:

“It’s one thing to tell your opinion and it’s another thing to just go overboard and just be blatantly rude for no apparent reason.”

After the initial argument, they both ended up at the same after party where a second argument took lace outside.

Will.i.am says:

“I was the one that came to him with respect, and he was the one who called me a faggot outside the club.”

In a second video posting, Will.i.am denies the assault and belittles Hilton for using Twitter for help.

“Sounds like somebody wants mad attention and is not really concerned about his health.

“Shame on you, shame on your behavior, and that’s just messed up.”
