Pat Sajak And Vanna White Used To Get Drunk Before Taping Wheel Of Fortune

Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak, 65, chatted with Dan Le Batard of Dan Le Batard Is Highly Questionable (DLHQ), which airs on ESPN 2,  recently where he admitted that back in the day himself and co-host Vanna White used to have “2 or 3 or 6 margaritas” in between filming.

Le Batard asks him if he ever hosted the show while intoxicated and he replied, laughing:

“Yes.  When I first started and was much younger and could tolerate those things. We had a different show then.  Vanna and I would … have two or three or six and then come and do the last shows and have trouble recognizing the alphabet. I had a great time. I have no idea if the shows were any good, but no one said anything, so I guess I did okay.”

That is awesome! I would totally do the same thing! It would make things that much more fun and something to talk about later in life, like he’s doing now! Wonder what Vanna thinks of him calling her out with him
