Pam & Denise are giving 2 Photogs Nightmares

March 24, 2007

Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson are being sued by paparazzi for assault, battery, defamation, false arrest and a slew of other charges. No specific amount was named in the lawsuit.  They are also claiming the girls have caused them to have nightmares. (Hahaaa, that’s a good one)

In papers filed Friday March 23 in Los Angeles Superior Court, the photographers, Rik Fedyck and Scott Cosman, say that while they were paid guests at a Vancouver hotel in November 2006, Richards “became enraged” and “stormed up” to them calling them “f**king c**ksuckers at least 12-15 times as well as scumbags, douche bags and paparazzi scum.”  Richards then hit both photographers, grabbed their laptops and threw the computers off a balcony into the hotel lobby, destroying them. The lawsuit also claims both Richards and Anderson falsely told the Royal Canadian Mounted Police that Fedyck and Cosman made violent threats against Richards and engaged in other “criminal activity.” As a result, the men were “arrested and held by authorities for approximately three days.”

The incident was apparently caught on a hotel security tape the truth will come out.  It’s looking like not only will this be a year of rehab, but it will also be a year of sue happy folks as well.
