Octomom aka Nadya Suleman is on the verge of losing her home which she purchased just last March, just a year ago!
She has reportedly fallen behind on mortgage payments more than $450,000!!
Can’t say I’m really surprised.
The mom of 14 bought the La Habra, CA from Amer Haddadin, and the title was transferred to her dad in return for monthly payments of $4,139 for one year, then on March 10, 2010, a balloon payment of $450,000 was due.
A rep for Amer tells TMZ she hasn’t paid the $450,000 and she didn’t make the last required $4,139 payment. The rep also adds that she’s been late on three other recent monthly payments.
Her rep says he intends to initiate foreclosure proceedings against Suleman.
