Obama Rushes Off Hawaii Golf Course For Family/Friend Emergency

President Obama quickly rushed off the golf course in Hawaii earlier today while an ambulance was spotted speeding toward his family’s vacation home after the child of a family friend suffered a minor injury.

CNN reports that the child of one of the President’s golfing partners cut his chin and needed stitches and Obama wanted to bring the father to the child.

White House aides said the quick departure from the golf course had nothing to do with national security or a threat to the president’s safety.

An ambulance was called, but the child was treated at the scene and did not go to the hospital.
