Matthew McConaughey tops a new list of Hollywood ‘Beach Bums’. Editors at In Touch Weekly magazine chose the actor as their boy of summer 2007 because he’s a true surfer dude.
McConaughey says, “What better way to enjoy summer than at the beach? I get out there at 5am.”
The top five Beach Bums are:

4. Andy Baldwin
5. Beyonce Knowles
