Nicole Richie Out And About

I’m not sure what kind of look Nicole Richie is trying to pull off here, but she doesn’t look as sickly skinny as she has been lately, so thats a bonus.  She’s been busy promoting the new season of The Simple Life all by her lonesome while her partner in crime is doing some time.
