Nicole Joel Harlow Jewelry Launch

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden welcomed their second child together early Wednesday night.

They named their newborn son Sparrow James Midnight Madden.

On her website, Richie says Sparrow weighed in at 7 pounds, 14 ounces.

Their daughter, Harlow, will turn two-years-old in January.
