Nick Hogan Crash Victim, John Graziano, Released From Hospital

September 10, 2009

John Graziano, the Iraq War veteran who was left brain damaged after Nick Bollea, Hulk Hogan’s son, crashed his car during a street race in August 2007 while John was the passenger, has finally been released from a Florida hospital.

Graziano, 24, left the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital with his mom on Wednesday morning after being under doctors’ care at the Tampa hospital since the accident two years ago, but is still in need of 24-hour care and will need lifetime medical care as a result of his injuries.

The Graziano’s family filed an auto negligence civil lawsuit against Nick, his dad Hulk Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, his mom Linda Bollea and friend Daniel Jacob in March, alleging they were negligent in their actions which led to John’s injuries.

The family is seeking unspecified damages in the suit.

Nick served five months in jail for causing the crash.
