New Couple Alert! New Couple Alert!

Well what do we have here?  Looks like Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen have hooked up.  They were out to lunch feeding each other on Wednesday and then spotted out grocery shopping on Thursday.  They make a cute couple!
