Miss California May Be Stripped Of Her Title

Miss California Carrie Prejean

Miss California, Carrie Prejean, is back in the news for more controversy.  First it was her answer to a question about gay marriage and now it’s because semi-nude photos have surfaced of Carrie that were taken when she was a teenager.

The Dirty has some photos and they say there are more to come.

So now the directors of the Miss California USA pageant met early Tuesday, but have yet to decide if Prejean should be stripped of her crown determining whether she violated her contract because of the racy photos and to  by working with a national group opposed to gay marriage.

After the photos were spread everywhere Pageant spokesman Roger Neal said in a statement to the Associated Press:

“As you can see from the contract, she violated multiple items,”

Prejean, however, insists the photos were just modeling shots and that she was only 17 years old, a minor when they were taken.  In a statement on Tuesday she said:

“I am a Christian, and I am a model.  Models pose for pictures, including lingerie and swimwear photos.”
