Mischa Barton Goes Green

Mischa Barton looks cute as she heads over for a meet and greet at Lord & Taylor department store in New York, but not before doing a bit of shopping! I still don’t get those darn hats. I think her’s clashes with her green outfit, although this IS Mischa we are talking about, so I wouldn’t expect much different.
