Mischa Barton Arrested For DUI

 

This was definitely the year of the DUI, so it only makes sense to get to report another one before the year ends.

Mischa Barton was arrested for DUI early Thursday morning.

The former O.C. actress was handcuffed on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd. in in West Hollywood, Calif. and taken into a police station at 3AM.

Mischa, 21, was driving a white Range Rover without a license. She’s still in custody right now, being held on $10,000 bail.

UPDATE: It gets even better, according to a police report obtained by Usmagazine.com arrested for DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license.

UPDATE #2:  A West Hollywood police source tells TMZ that when she was arrested, Mischa Barton blew a .12 on her breathalyzer test, smoked marijuana that day (which cops found) and had prescription drugs in her possession — that weren’t hers!
