Melrose Place Spinoff In The Works

 

Now that the Beverly Hills 90210 spinoff is doing it’s thing, it was only a matter of time before the Melrose Place spinoff came along.

The CW and CBS Paramount TV are in serious discussions about launching a spinoff of the popular 1990s soap opera, Melrose Place, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The new show would debut during the 2009-2010 season, spokesman Paul Hewitt to the Associated Press on Tuesday.

The original Melrose Place aired on FOX from 1992 until 1999.
