Melanie Brown Is Set To Host The 2008 Miss Universe Pageant.

 

Former Spice Girl Melani Brown is set to host The Miss Universe Pageny alongside talk show host Jerry Springer in Vietnam on July 13.   Of the news Mel said:

“I’m thrilled to be a co-host of the Miss Universe Pageant. I believe the diversity and dedication that the pageant brings inspires and empowers young women across the globe.”

Jerry added:

“This is obviously a great honour and getting to work alongside Mel B makes it even better.”

 Mel will also co-host ‘The Singing Office’ with former *NSYNC star Joey Fatone - in which office workers compete in karaoke and spelling bee competitions.

Previous hosts of the Miss Universe pageant include supermodels Elle MacPherson and Naomi Campbell, and Nick Lachey’s girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo.
