Mel Gibson Attacks Fan At Club?

Hollyscoop is reporting that Mel Gibson attacked a fan last night while out at a club with his pregnant girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

The two made an appearance at the launch of Playhouse,  a new hotspot in Los Angeles, on Wednesday night, July 29, 2009.  Things were going great as they were enjoying themselves with a large group of people and hanging in the VIP area of the club.

Later a reporter for Life & Style magazing was posing as a fan and tried to snap a picture of Gibson and his girlfriend.  Gibson’s security team reportedly immediately snatched up the camera and deleted the pictures.

But that didn’t stop the  pushy reporter as she sent one of her friends over to take another photo which is when Mel had enough and “attacked the friend because he was fed up with everyone trying to snap a photo of him partying.”

Hollyscoop’s source says:

“Mel approached the guy who tried to take his picture and ripped his shirt.”

Their source also added that the guy that was “attacked” by Mel Gibson filed a battery police report against him.

If this is true and Mel did ‘attack’ him then thats one things, but a police report over a ripped shirt??  He definitely doesn’t look hurt.  But some people will do anything for their 15 minutes..
