Just a few days after his nude sex tape threesome with wife Rebecca Gayheart, 38, and ex Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche, 25, was leaked, Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane, 36, headed out for breakfast with friends at King’s Road cafe in West Hollywood.
The LAPD has confirmed that the tape is currently being investigated by detectives. They say the DVD was provided to them in July from an unnamed source who claimed it “contained images that could link celebrities engaging in illegal activity.”
Peniche says the tape was stolen from her by her roommate during the filming of Celebrity Rehab, troubled country singer Mindy McCready. Although a source close to McCready says, “Her story will be told in due time. There’s a lot more to it than just the tape. She did not leak the tape.”
