Mandy Moore spent her 4th of July Holiday soaking up the sun, sippin’ on some Pina Coladas (yum) and relaxing by the pool with some girlfriends in Mexico. (I hope she stays away from the hot tubs there, we all now know what sort of nasty business goes on in those things)
