Lindsay Lohan Suing E-Trade For $100M Over Their ‘Jealous Girlfriend’ Commercial

Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade over their commercial that debuted during the Superbowl (and my favorite one) where the e-baby is chatting with his jealous girlfriend.

Lohan is insisting that the boyfriend-stealing, “milkaholic” baby in the end of the commercial, who happens to be named Lindsay, was modeled after her and according to the NY Post she is suing them for $100 million for her pain and suffering.

Her lawyers filed a lawsuit yesterday in Nassau County Supreme Court over the commercial in which the baby boy is apologizing to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her the night before.

The jealous girlfriend says:

“And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?”

The boy then replies:

“Lindsay?”

And then “Lindsay” sticks her head into the frame and says:

“Milk-a-what?”

OMG, I love it!!

Anyways, Stephanie Ovadia, Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, said the actress has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna:

“Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit.  They used the name Lindsay.  They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”

Ok, so from this we learn that anytime someone uses your first name, we get to be sue happy!   I mean I know the girl isn’t making money like she used to and some are saying she’s desperate for money, but this is insane!
