Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 23rd birthday and the success of her new tanning mist, Sevin Nyne yesterday at Wet Republic at the MGM Grand Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas.
Man, she looks awful..and the guy holding the cake looks like he had a pretty rough night!
