Lindsay Lohan just can’t catch a break if her life depended on it, she is now being sued by a member of the paparazzi for hitting him with her car two years ago and the IRS is hunting her down because she reportedly owes them a whopping $93,701.
Grigor Balyn is claiming the troubled actress drove into him while she was leaving a club back in January of 2010. He says he was treated for orthopedic and neurological injuries that he suffered as a result of the accident. The money she owes the IRS is unpaid taxes from 2009, which she is claiming she didn’t know about.
First off I can’t believe it took the IRS so long to collect their money, second why did it take Mr Balyn so long to file his case against her? Poor Lindsay, I hope her luck starts looking up one of these days. Rumors are swirling she might get the chance to play Elizabeth Taylor, maybe she’ll land the role.
