Kris Allen Is The New American Idol Season 8

I loved this season of American Idol.  I think I only missed 2 episodes, once was because it was my son’s 6th Birthday and can you believe I missed last nights episode?? I Know!!  It’s because it was my daughter’s spring musical at her school, so that makes it ok.

Anyways tonights finale was fabulous with the top 13 back and singing along with all the special artists like Kiss, Fergie, The Black Eyed Peas, Cyndi Lauper, Jason Mraz, Rod Stewart and Steve Martin to name a few.

Before they announced the winner Kris and Adam sang ‘We Are The Champions’ with Queen joining them, which was pretty cool.

In the end I am sooo excited to say that Kris Allen is the new American Idol 2009.
