Kelly Osbourne was photographed walking through a parking lot in Beverly Hills yesterday. She seems to really go up and down with her weight. She looks thinner here. What about her hair? It looks WAY better than that hot pink hair she’s been sportin around lately. I think she actually looks kinda cute.
