Keanu Reeves pops up every once in a while for a photo op.  This time he was out at Celebrity and Paparazzi hot spot The Ivy for a meal.

The hunky actor is currently filming the drama The Private Lives of Pippa Lee with Blake Lively, Winona Ryder, Monica Bellucci and Julianne Moore.
