Katy Perry Lights Up The Met’s Costume Institute Gala

 

Katy Perry stepped out in a glow-in-the-dark gown for the Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute gala on Monday in NYC.

Perry’s dress had LED lights built into it from shoulder to hem to make it glow.

Of the glowing gown she said:

“I love it! I think it’s so much fun!  I feel like I have to wear something to represent women who do their own thing and have spontaneity!”

And when asked how it lights up she said:

“I have this thing in my bra!” she told Us with a laugh. “I don’t know if that’s a good place for it or not!”

I think she gets the awards for most unique!
