Oscar winning actress Kathy Bates, 64, reveals the news that she had a double mastectomy.
The Harry’s Law star, who survived ovarian cancer nine years ago, was diagnosed with breast cancer several weeks ago.
She says:
“After much consideration, I underwent a double mastectomy. Luckily, I don’t have to undergo radiation or chemo. My family call me Kat because I always land on my feet and thankfully this is no exception.”
There’s been so much cancer talk lately. So glad everything turned out ok for her.
