Katherine Heigl was spotted out and about yesterday.  She has been busy picking up last minute things and finishing the final touched for her and fiance Josh Kelley’s wedding, which will take place in Utah on December 23rd.  She always looks so happy lately, I’m sure she’s super excited about her wedding, and check out that Valentino bag she’s carrying.  Looks expensive..
