Kate Winslet Parade Magazine 2008

Kate Winslet is the cover girl for the latest issue of Parade Magazine.  In the mag she talks about reuniting with her Titanic co-star Leonardo DiCaprio in her latest film Revolutionary Road and says the best part is seeing how they’ve aged, although she adds that she doesn’t mid a few wrinkles on her face.

“I’m like, ‘Yes, damn it! Look at those foreheads move!’”

Pointing to a spot between her eyebrows, she adds:

“I mean, he has this amazing furrow here, which wasn’t as prominent then.”

Winslet adds that the wrinkles in her own forehead are “much more prominent.

“I just love seeing those things.  I am enjoying my face changing, as well as realizing that at the same time, as you get older, the machine isn’t as well-oiled as it was.”

On Halle Berry’s recent remarks about how she finds Winslet stunning where she said:

“Kate Winslet is always naked, sitting on a toilet, or running buck naked. I want to be the kind of actress who can really be comfortable with my body like that.”

Kate responded:

“That’s so amazing.  That is worth the pain! I am thrilled to hear someone like Halle say something like that. But what I would want to say to her is, ‘Well, you can,’ because all I do is say, ‘I don’t give a —-!’”
