Kate Beckinsale Says Sugar Is Like a Drug To Her

Kate Beckinsale says she has a major sweet tooth that often gets her into trouble and she has to be careful not to over-indulge.

“When I’m tired sometimes I feel I am the closest I ever get to being a drug addict. I crave sugar.”

And she says she has to watch what she eats and drinks because her body reacts quickly to caffeine and alcohol.

“I’m so sensitive I can’t even drink a cup of coffee. I can’t drink much wine. either. I’m a very cheap date.

“If I drank a whole glass of red wine I would have Chekhovian despair the next day.”

I find it hard to believe she eats much of anything, especially sweets.  She is insanely gorgeous and has a totally rockin body!
